Reports, corrections and enquiries about anything on the register. The more detail you give, the faster we can act.

Urgent: report an unlicensed or blacklisted operation

Use the contact form below and choose “Report an unlicensed or blacklisted operator” or “Report a false licence claim”. These reports are flagged urgent and reviewed before everything else.

Include as much of this as you can:

  • The website address, app name or brand taking the bets
  • What licence or regulator it claims (screenshot or exact wording helps)
  • Which country the site appears to target, and where you are
  • Any official regulator warning or blacklist entry naming it
  • How you came across it — an advert, an affiliate link, a social media account

We do not intervene in individual disputes, recover funds or contact the operator on your behalf. Urgent reports that check out are used to warn other users and are passed to the relevant regulator where one exists. If you have lost money, report it to your national police or consumer protection body.

What you can contact us about

Send a message

Messages go directly to the team that maintains the register. We reply to the email address you give us.

By sending this message you agree that we may contact you about your report. Do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents.

Before you contact us

Check the record first. Many questions are answered on the register itself — search the licensed operators, open the country page, or read how the register works.

Confirm the licence with the regulator. IRLG is an independent reference service, not a regulator. Every country page names its regulator and links to its official register, which is always the final authority.

Corrections need evidence. For record corrections, tell us what is wrong and where the correct information can be verified — a regulator register entry, a company registry, or the operator's own published licence details.

We cannot help with

  • Recovering lost money or cancelling bets — contact the operator's complaints process, then the regulator named on its licence, then an alternative dispute resolution body.
  • Complaints about a licensed operator's conduct — these go to the regulator that issued the licence, not to IRLG.
  • Legal advice, licensing applications or interpretations of gambling law — IRLG is not a regulator, law firm or adviser.
  • Individual gambling problems — contact a gambling support service in your country. On every country page we point to the regulator's own player protection information.
