Gambling licensing in Angola
Gambling in Angola is licensed and supervised by the Instituto de Supervisão de Jogos (ISJ), part of the Ministry of Finance. Law 5/16 of 2016 covers games of fortune or chance (casinos and gaming rooms), social games (lotteries and sports betting through shops and agents) and remote online games. Licences are granted only to commercial companies incorporated under Angolan law. The ISJ publishes a register of licences with their expiry dates; brands here are the online sports betting licences valid on the review date. Online casino games are not listed as an authorised online activity.
