Gambling licensing in Canada — Quebec
Loto-Québec runs the only legal online gambling offer in Quebec, including casino, poker, lotteries and Mise-o-jeu sports betting. Quebec's attempt to block offshore sites was struck down by the courts in 2018; a 2025 bill proposes new measures against illegal sites. Unlike Ontario, private operators are not licensed.
