Gambling licensing in Denmark
Since 2012 Denmark has licensed online betting and online casino to commercial operators under the Gambling Act, supervised by Spillemyndigheden. Lotteries remain an exclusive right of Danske Spil. The authority publishes the official list of licensed gambling operators, with each licence holder's registered websites.

Key licensee requirements
