Gambling licensing in Finland
Gambling in mainland Finland is currently a state monopoly: only Veikkaus Oy may offer online sports betting, casino games and lotteries, under the Lotteries Act and supervised by the National Police Board. A new gambling act opens online betting and online casino games to licensed commercial operators; until those licences take effect, Veikkaus is the only legal online operator. Åland has its own separate system (PAF).

- Payment blocking applies to unlicensed operators
