Gambling licensing in Georgia
The Revenue Service, part of the Ministry of Finance, issues permits for online gambling in Georgia, covering online sports betting and casino games. Tighter rules from March 2022 raised the minimum age to 25, banned most gambling advertising and barred people on public benefits and public servants from playing.
