Gambling licensing in Italy
Online gambling in Italy is a state-reserved activity that may only be offered under a remote gaming concession issued by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM). Under the 2024 reform, each concession covers betting, casino, poker, bingo and skill games and is limited to one website. The ADM publishes the official list of concession holders and their authorised websites.

Key licensee requirements
- Hold an ADM remote gaming concession before offering any online gambling in Italy
- Offer gambling only through the single website authorised for the concession
- Verify identity and age, and block players on the national self-exclusion register (RUA)
- Display the ADM logo and concession number on the website
- Comply with the ban on gambling advertising under the Decreto Dignità
