Gambling licensing in Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan licenses bookmakers and totalisators under the 2007 Law on Gambling Business. Online betting is legal only through licensed bookmakers whose bets pass through the state Unified Accounting System; online casino is banned, and land-based casinos are confined to designated zones such as Konaev (Kapchagay) and Shchuchinsk-Burabay. The ministry publishes a list of licensees on the government open data portal. The brands here are the 12 licensed bookmakers from that list.
