Gambling licensing in Kenya
Gambling in Kenya is licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority, which takes over from the Betting Control and Licensing Board under the Gambling Control Act 2025. Licences are issued per trading year for bookmaking (BK), public gaming (PG) and public lotteries (PL). The Authority publishes the list of licensed companies with their licence numbers and authorised domains.
