Gambling licensing in Latvia
Online gambling in Latvia is licensed under the Gambling and Lotteries Law. A company needs a gambling organisation licence plus an interactive gambling licence (TI) before offering games online. Supervision passed from the Lotteries and Gambling Supervisory Inspection (IAUI) to the State Revenue Service in 2026, which publishes the list of licensed organisers and the list of blocked unlicensed websites.
