Gambling licensing in Mauritius
All gambling in Mauritius is licensed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority under the GRA Act 2007. Remote betting is allowed only within specific local licences: totalisator operators and local horse-racing bookmakers may take bets by remote communication with Board approval, and licensed bookmakers may offer fixed odds on approved foreign football leagues. The Mauritius National Lottery is run by Lottotech Ltd under an exclusive licence first awarded in November 2009. Online casino games are not licensed for players in Mauritius. The GRA does not publish a list of betting licensees, so brands here are Mauritian sites confirmed operating, with licence details taken from their own licence statements.

Key licensee requirements
- All licences are granted by the GRA Board for one year and are renewable
- Remote betting only at places and systems approved by the Board
- Football fixed odds only on leagues approved by the Board, at approved premises and hours
- Betting software must be of international standard and approved by an international institution
- No bets from minors; minors barred from betting premises
- Betting tax collected on stakes (10% on bookmaker bets on local races)
