Gambling licensing in Mexico
Gambling in Mexico is a federal matter regulated by the Secretaría de Gobernación through the Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos (DGJS). Online betting and casino games may only be offered by holders of a federal permit, who can run authorised websites directly or through a named operating company. SEGOB publishes a list of authorised websites with their operating status; only sites marked "Operando" are listed here.
