Gambling licensing in New Zealand
Remote gambling in New Zealand may only be offered by the two bodies authorised by statute: TAB New Zealand for racing and sports betting, and the Lotteries Commission (Lotto NZ) for lottery games. Offshore sites are not licensed. The Online Casino Gambling Bill sets up a licensing regime for a limited number of online casino licences, administered by the Department of Internal Affairs; no online casino licences are listed here until they are confirmed as issued.
