Gambling licensing in Nigeria
Since the Supreme Court ruling of 22 November 2024, gambling in Nigeria is regulated by each state rather than federally; the National Lottery Regulatory Commission's remit is limited to the Federal Capital Territory. Lagos State is the country's main online gambling market, and any operator offering betting, casino or lottery services to people in Lagos must hold a Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority licence. This register lists online licences from the LSLGA's published list that are still in date.

Key licensee requirements
- Hold a subsisting LSLGA licence before offering any gaming activity in Lagos State (Section 33(3))
- Renew the licence annually; expired licences are not authorised to trade
- Verify that players are 18 or over
- Pay gaming tax and levies to the Lagos State Government
- Follow responsible gambling and advertising rules set by the Authority
