Gambling licensing in Philippines
PAGCOR regulates all games of chance in the Philippines. Its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department licenses gaming venues and accredits Gaming System Administrators, whose online platforms operate as an adjunct to a licensed venue. Each administrator may register one main brand, up to six sub-brands and approved domain names. Offshore gaming (POGO/IGL) was banned by executive order in 2024 and is not listed here.
