Gambling licensing in Rwanda
The Ministry of Trade and Industry licenses and supervises gaming in Rwanda, including sports betting, casinos and online betting. Operators must be registered in Rwanda, and the government has tightened rules on betting shops, advertising and taxes in recent years. No usable public list of licence holders was found, so the brands here need checking.
