Gambling licensing in Serbia
Online gambling in Serbia may only be offered with an approval from the Games of Chance Administration for special games of chance via electronic communication. The Administration publishes the official list of approved online operators, each with its authorised website, company registration number (MB) and tax number (PIB).

- Register and verify every player account with identity and age checks
- Meet anti-money-laundering duties (ZSPNFT)
- Pay the approval fee and provide the required financial guarantee
