Gambling licensing in Slovenia
Online gambling in Slovenia may only be offered under a concession granted by the Government of Slovenia under the Gaming Act (ZIS). Supervision is carried out by the Financial Administration (FURS). Concessions for online games are held by the two state-linked operators, Športna loterija and Loterija Slovenije. Unlicensed sites may be banned and blocked by court order.

Key licensee requirements
- Hold a Government concession before offering any online gambling in Slovenia
- Offer only the games covered by the concession and approved game rules
- Verify identity and age of every player
- Meet anti-money-laundering duties under ZPPDFT-2
- Submit to FURS supervision and reporting
