Gambling licensing in Togo
Gambling in Togo is a state monopoly held by LONATO, set up in 1966, which both runs and regulates games of chance, lotteries and betting. There is no specific law on online gambling. Private companies can only operate with LONATO's authorisation; Premier Bet is reported as the only private operator authorised to sell games online. LONATO does not publish a register, and in April 2026 it warned against illegal online lotteries such as Eloto, KCHLOTO, NOVATIVLOTO and GT LOTO.
