Gambling licensing in United States — Delaware
Delaware was the first US state to launch online casino, in 2013. Online gaming is run by the state Lottery through the three racetrack casinos. Since 2024 all three run on BetRivers platforms. Sports betting is also run by the Lottery through the casinos.
