Gambling licensing in United States — Maine
Maine's online sports betting is controlled exclusively by the state's four federally recognised tribes (the Wabanaki Nations). It launched on 3 November 2023. The Gambling Control Unit lists two current operators. In 2025 Maine also passed a law letting the tribes offer online casino (from my own knowledge, needs checking).
