Gambling licensing in United States — New Jersey
New Jersey legalised online casino and poker in 2013 and sports betting in 2018, after it won Murphy v. NCAA at the US Supreme Court. Every online site must run under a permit held by an Atlantic City casino, or a racetrack for sports betting. - No betting on New Jersey college teams or college events held in New Jersey
