Gambling licensing in United States — Ohio
Ohio's online sports betting launched on 1 January 2023. Each online sportsbook runs as a mobile management services provider for a Type-A proprietor: a casino, racino or pro sports team. The Commission's list, updated 15 July 2026, shows which pairs are operating; those not operating are left out. Online casino is not legal.
