Gambling licensing in United States — Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania legalised online casino, online poker and sports betting in one law, Act 42 of 2017. Online sports betting began in May 2019 and online casino and poker in July 2019. Sites run under certificates held by the state's land-based casino licensees. The PGCB publishes separate lists of licensed online sports wagering, casino and poker operators; this page combines them, one row per brand. The lists do not name the licensed company behind each brand.

Key licensee requirements

- Players must be physically in Pennsylvania (geolocation)
- Players 21 or over
- Display the PGCB logo on licensed sites
- Taxes: 54% on online slots, 16% on online table games and poker, 36% on sports wagering (my own knowledge, needs checking)
