Gambling licensing in United States — Rhode Island
Online gambling in Rhode Island is state-run: the Lottery operates it with Bally's as the only casino partner. Online sports betting has run since 2019 as Sportsbook Rhode Island, and online casino launched in March 2024 as Bally Casino. In May 2026 Bally's was picked to launch a second online sportsbook.
