Gambling licensing in Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan opened a licensed market for bookmaking and online risk-based games from 1 January 2025, following Presidential Decree UP-68 of 19 April 2024 and a law adopted in April 2025. NAPP licenses and supervises the sector and publishes an official licence register. The first licences were issued on 31 July 2026 to two companies, each holding a bookmaker (BF) and totalisator (ITO) licence. Licensing does not yet give operators the right to advertise freely.

- Digitally identify every player; restrictions on participation apply
